Reminders

Reminders are a series of illustrated affirmations intended to counteract our inner critic. The work reflects on ways we challenge self-doubt is an ongoing and continuous practice. A colourful and playful way. You are invited to take a photo of any and all reminders that speak to you, save them, use them as phone backgrounds, keep them visible and as a prompt to help rebalance your internal dialogue. Strengthen connections and share photos of these reminders out into the world and with any friends, family, and loved ones who may need to hear them.
